I have been wanting to try some Astrophotography (the photography of stars and other celestial objects) for awhile now but had been thwarted by the 100% cloud cover. Thankfully, last night the skies cleared for a short while. Unfortunately, it was freezing cold and I'd had to wait until 3am for the sky to clear.
But, suffering for one's art is considered standard in this business so I bundled up and went out. I was too excited to try it to have stayed in anyway :D
