(DL)(SFM)(GMOD) Ponyville General Building

Releasing the building exterior early. Mostly for a specific person to use since they don't like using unreleased stuff. ^^

The building works in SFM and GMOD. GMOD of course has a proper phymodel. Stand on the canopy...the roof is very slippery...you can walk into the post...
Everything is kept relatively low-poly. If it didn't require fancy roundness, it is flat. Should run very well on most machines.
Sign is a separate model so you can position it how you like.

It's just a PROP building meant to be used for background...purposes. The interior pieces are separate.
