It does here. They knock on windows, as neighbours feed them. :/ Asbos (A British term for people that should get anti social behaviour order, which is a kind of control medium here for selfish c*nts)

Or get attack by gulls :)
You don't want them feed? How is people feeding them a selfish act?

“We do not have powers to force owners of properties to take action against gulls. We also discourage people from feeding gulls but again do not have any powers to take action against them if they do.”

You have maybe not experienced how aggressive they are. We had one here hacking at a window with our small dog in. They attack other birds. They are like Hitchcock "Birds" . :)

Your birds comment was about right here were we live ;)

Cause they ARE everywhere and they would attack our dog.

"Community councillors heard at the meeting how a father was left distraught on Largs Prom when a gull flew straight into a pram, but fortunately, the baby was unharmed followed the incident."

"in one instance, they have even been known to have snatched a housecat) and generally making intolerable pests of themselves, but in Largs the local gulls seem to have developed more… expensive tastes."

"Seagulls as big as dogs have left pensioners in hospital and encouraged armed vigilantes to wander the streets, MPs claimed today.

A debate heard seaside towns face “gull wars” as menacing birds start breeding again this spring."
