Make a Wish was picked as the cover for the 2011 Calgary Comic and Entertainment Charity Artbook as well as being included in Exotique 7 from Ballistic Publishing.
The fairy was penciled by Embrio and painted in Painter by Jaysin. The tree was sculpted in Zbrush and the background was created with Vue by Jaysin.
