The only one who cares to get involved personally in the affairs of us nigh-invisible mites when he doesn't have to.  He might be anything, have any attitude, do anything-- including being a reasonable humanoid king who politely grants you an audience, gives congratulations you made it to his throne room, and concernedly warns you to get the duck out of Fodge before he randomly becomes insane again and/or changes into a sanity-cracking horror like this.
