Your work is two folds impressive: you reached the level of precision and accuracy of a military illustration by the means of traditional oil painting and two your works look so clean almost like a digital painting. How can that metallic shading look so.. metallic and almost no brushstroke visible!
I'm an Artist Fellow of the American Society of Aviation Artists, with decades of professional work...I hope I reached the precision and accuracy by now, lol. Metallic work takes practice and skill, yes...you seem to only really like very smooth paint strokes....many prefer the more "painterly" style... I can do both...and it does really matter what surface I choose to use, or my clients choose.

Beautiful job!...I photographed this bird back in 1995 at a fly-in in Bridgeport Ct.....she didn't look as nicely polished as this, but still pretty!
