Felted Rarity

I am happy to show off this fabulous sculpture of a fabulous pony that my sister made for me. It is felt over a wire armature. It was done through felting, a process in which you repeatedly stab a needle through wool until the fibers tangle together and hold their shape. This was my sister's first felting project! She is amazing.
