I've been coming back around to things that used to bring me the most joy. I started uploading to FlickR again, and now I'm coming back around to deviantART and trying to look at all the cool new features and updates. It looks like there is a subscription tier like Patreon included in DA now, and I was wondering if any of my old time watchers like this?
I am still doing photography and my speciality is wedding photography. I compete at local, state wide, and national print competition levels, recently winning first place as well as Best of Show in social events at FPP's FOCUS.
I'm also in the process of starting a podcast aimed at helping couples during the wedding planning process. I have the logo, the website, the topics, and now a discord server. I'm just needing to finalize a few things and start recording. If any of you are podcast gurus hit me up and give a gal a hand if you have time.
Anyway, let me know if you think subscriptions are a good thing and if anyone here wants

I've been on deviantART for over 20 years now. I miss the beginning. I miss when it was a small online community of friends. I miss providing stock photos for artists to use as references. I miss the critiques, the groups, the love. Maybe one day I'll try to come back and be apart of whatever it has grown into. Right now you can find me in your local Central Florida photography group: PPCF. You can find me in Florida's photography group FPP, and you can find me on the national scale in the PPA.

I hear ya, I have only visited once or twice a year for the past 4 or 5 years; I'm trying to get back into it to encourage and remoisten my poor dried up little artistic muse that was nearly killed out completely by that horrid job I had for the last 4 years
My kids are getting me back into it because they post here!
