I don't know how to explain this but I'll try...( Sorry, I'm really bad at English. )
October 10th = 10.10 = 十月十日
10 = 十
"十" is a lucky number in Chinese. It symbolizes perfection. So there is a Chinese idiom "十全十美", which means "to be completely perfect".
10.10 = 十.十 = 雙十 ( double tenth ) = double perfect .....XDDDD
( The meaning of 雙十 did associate with 十全十美 in Chinese, but we don't use 雙十 in the conversation. We're more used to say 十全十美.)
So, that's why I doodle this today. I wish them a happy life.
