That was an incredibly long summer. Four months out of college/school is the longest and probably least healthy amount of time I've ever spent. I'm definitely going to apply for a job much earlier for next year, probably at around Christmas. Unfortunately I've gotten much less done at the start of the summer then I would've wanted to. Then at around the middle of August, I encountered the online figure-drawing lessons of Stan Prokopenko on Youtube and I feel that his videos so far have helped me a lot with the basics of human figure drawing and continue to do so. I still have a lot to learn and was also considering buying a few of Burne Hog

Thanks for the faves!

Hi Ben, thanks for faving the "Bleak House..." photograph. Perhaps not my favourite submission and certainly not the cheeriest landscape I've captured but I did like recreating the effect of an old vintage post card. I clearly remember equally unwelcoming views on cards, with slightly distorted colour tones and browned edges, outside seaside shops when I was a kid...
Picture Postcard (revolving)  LOL     As always, stay safe in these disheartening times and cheer yourself up with…

You're very welcome! Thanks as well for the much-needed positivity!
