EDIT (05/June/2010): PREVIEW FIXED.
Sorry for the missing step 6 of the color-changed version...it was in the pdf, but it somehow got lost when I put the long image together.
The preview image should enlarge...I think. If you want to print these, DOWNLOAD
the file and you'll get a multi-page pdf file instead.
These were created for the monthly design challenge here: June 2010 Challenge
. The theme is dinosaurs. This is probably the only design I've produced recently that really seems to work with just about any paper - just as long as you put the creases in hard.
Step 14 can be a bit of a pain in the bum if you're not used to folds like that. Fiddle around with it a bit and the paper should eventually go the right way. It's mostly along existing creases but requires one new crease that the paper sometimes wants to slip away from.Usage Policy
To me this design is not very complicated, so I would expect that other people have happened across similar patterns. However, I did develop this myself and therefore hope that my choice of details is at least somewhat unique. If you follow my tutorial and wish to post the result as artwork either here or elsewhere, please credit the design you used to create the model.
