Dragon Eye Y

Carved and stained deer antler with art glass eye and antler extension beads; central piece about two inches across; beeswax blend finish. The eye is inserted from the back and fixed in place with a mixture of tiny borosilicate glass beads and clear adhesive, producing an interesting translucent and tactile back surface.

It looks better when being worn, as gravity and the hinge effect of the knotted cord pull it into ideal position.

The buyer commissioned earrings to go with this.
