Lovely, natural and flowing. Probably very pleasant to touch :-)

Yes, I try to make my work appealing to touch (and sometimes to hearing) as well as sight.

Is this still unsold? If so, how much are you asking for it? It's absolutely beautiful

These are lovely. I've kept the picture in my messages folder since you first uploaded it so I could look on it again and again.
I've three antlers sitting up on top of my wardrobe waiting for me to do something with them. Perhaps I should experiment with following in your footsteps

Please experiment; I'd love to see the results. :)

These are absolutely gorgeous! Wow! I love how they remind me of the sea but are made from animals of the earth. <3

Thank you. :) The flow of material in antler growth is like the surge of the sea, in very slow motion.

Of course! c: Wow that was a gorgeous way of putting it. <3 I like that thought. c:

I love how organic these pieces using carved antler are. They look unusual yet retain their natural beauty and subtlety. Like they might be found sparkling on a lake shore. Great work, Don. You are a true master.

Thank you very much. :) Those are qualities I work for in my art.

It's so clever and nice that you give your pendants a front and a back! I think this one's especially stylish. Great job!

Thank you. :) It's one of the things I love doing in my art, along with having a work appeal to several senses.

That's downright wonderful.

... I feel compelled to tell you that I own a ring with a watch in it, and a ceramic pendant that's also some kind of mini occarina. I'm a fan of dual uses, I guess.

I have a pendant of purple heart wood that is a double ocarina. Not made by me; my ear is not good enough for much but percussion instruments. :(

Purple heart wood? I need to look that up, it sounds epic! (Did the wood get wounded in battle?)

The interior, structural part of the tree is the heart wood, the living outer layer is the sap wood, just under the bark. The heartwood of purpleheart is actually very purple. The color does fade in time, so my pendant is no longer purple, but a nice dark brown.

One of my favourite colours, hehe.
