Chou maned Boucles have roses growing along their necks, tails and around the hooves. If the mane grows longer thorned vine-like hair can appear.
Chou manes usually follow a seasonal cycle, with the roses in full bloom during summer, closing up in autumn, withering and falling off in winter and growing back as buds in spring!
Underneath the roses a Chou Boucle will look Bald!
