WUV-120 Series (Workhorse Utility Vehicle)

The Workhorse Utility Vehicle (affectionately known as a WUV) was originally procured for use in transporting Infantry around the large tracts of desert in Syria. It's also used for hauling ammunition, water, and other basic supplies. The need for a civilian truck was growing in Tropico and it was decided to modify the military version into a civil one. It was given an enclosed cab and a separated bed. It comes in two-seat shortbed pick-up, two-seat longbed pick-up and a club pick-up with four seats and a 6x6 with two-seats. It had a standard 812 V-Twin air-cooled petrol engine that produced 54 hp with 47 lbs-ft of torque. Optional is the 839 V-Twin air-cooled petrol engine that produced 62 hp with 59 lbs-ft of torque.
There are no Interstate Highways in Tropico so there is no need for high speeds. It is also sold in Nicaragua, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia of Central and South America. In Africa it is sold in Katonda, South Africa, Zimbabwe and now Djibouti. In the Middle East it is sold in Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq. Asia is dominated by Japan, South Korea, China, and India so it is not sold there as well as Europe and North America.
