I have been wanting to draw something Hat in Time related simce I played it months ago. I drew one of my favorite levels in the game. It gives me paper mario vibes. (I believe they were inspired by it) So there's this part in the game where you wear a hat similar to Vivian's. I like to think that the kid maybe stole it and thus, this pic came to life. 
I do wonder how she manage to steal a hat that was once 2D and it is now 3D hmmmmm....anyways, I hope you like it!

I know right? If you played paper mario the thousand year door you can see how they were kinda inspired by it. 
I loved that game when I was little XD And yes strangely I did not realize it until you pointed it out.
