Every hero needs an Archenemy and Vilgax is the perfect villain for Ben 10.

Vilgax is an intergalactic alien warlord and conqueror, a Chimera Sui Generis who serves as Ben's archenemy, and the main antagonist of the franchise, having appeared multiple times in every series. Ben considers him as one of the most dangerous villains he has faced.

Vilgax is the main antagonist of Ben 10 the Original Series, Season 2 of Alien Force, Season 3 of Ultimate Alien and a major recurring antagonist in Omniverse.

He is also the overarching antagonist of the 2016 reboot, serving as the main antagonist of the first two seasons and the made for tv movie Ben 10 Versus the Universe: The Movie.

Vilgax’s goal in life is to acquire the Omnitrix, the alien device that allows the franchise’s titular main protagonist Ben Tennyson to transform into all kinds of superpowered aliens. Ben started with 10 aliens, but that number has steadily increased over time.
