Firstly I would like to apologise for my lack of activity on deviantart in general, I'm afraid I don't log on very often anymore and even when I do I rarely look at what's going on in this lovely group. Because of my lazy lack of attention, I've only just noticed that our lovely founder has de-activated their account.
Secondly, I would like to apologise for my lack of knowledge on how groups work in the admin area. I know I've been a Contributor for this group for a long time now, several years in fact, but the most I've done is submit the odd blog entry or accept or refuse deviations or affiliations to the group. I don't really know how the admin area works properly. As such, to me, it looks like there are some aspects of the admin area that I can't, or don't know how to, change so that contributors can have the same editing and management rights as the founder. As the founder is no longer on deviantart, that leaves me with a little conundrum now I've actually noticed they've gone, which means if I want to help keep the group as organised as I can get it.
Thirdly, I'd like to welcome any and all members that want to join, it's great to have new members and see the group grow, it really is. I just want to warn them that it might take a while for an admin to reply as I'm rarely on deviantart anymore and I don't know how often the other admin logs on. Everything I said in the last Journal Entry is true, at least to me (doctorwhofics.deviantart.com/j…
). And on the opposite, if members feel like they don't want to be a part of this group then they are welcome to leave for whatever reason, it's a shame to lose members but we will always respect our members wishes. Sorry if this seems out of place or too impertinent or too awkward or off topic or if it's not even my place to say all this but I felt like I had to say it anyway.
Anyway, little Journal Entry over, please continue to enjoy the group and submit all your lovely deviations to our group!
