A quote that people seemed to like, so naturally I evolved it into a piece of art.

Indeed, the way technology invades our lives gives me eerie feelings, but it's not ghosts that we should fear, it's humans. And what's with these folk seemingly out of an Orwellian plot? Technology was meant to grant humans power, and power it grants! The power to appease ourselves with ever fancier toys and prolefeed while bowing down to idolized corporations.
It's really scary how much technology has taken hold of our lives, but it's even more scary how little people understand it.

I understand most people are confused by the concept of buying open source, but then that's something we have to fix.
You buy open source when you hire someone or some people to make for you, software which when finished will be released as free and open source software.
Intel buy into open source, they have a hundred or more programmers making open source code all the time. I buy into open source because I make open source code all the time. And still technically advocates of Free Desktops like Ubuntu buy into open source by spending time tying to grow the market.
This isn't about using, it's about investing.
