Depends on how you define "cool" :D

I enjoy using Ubuntu. It's a great OS. I fully recommend it.

Really nice shot and the Covergloobus (or a conky) is very well integrated :)

Thanks, it's Conky. For some reason Covergloobus doesn't work well with the later versions of Audacious.

Do you also have an option inside Conky for controlling music playback? I really like Covergloobus, you should really try Clementine, it works just as good. :P

I wouldn't know where to begin to write something like controlling music from Conky. Some of the gurus in the Conky Thread at Ubuntu Forums or the Crunchbang Forums might know.

I have used Clementine, I just prefer Audacious' simplicity.

You're welcome, for me covergloobus works well only with mpd but since I only use mpd+ncmpcpp (and sometimes cantata) it's ok for me :D

I might set MPD up again.

Well .. there is some advantages, especially if you want to stream your music :D

Yeah there is that. I am the only one in my household that appreciates my music, so there isn't much streaming going on over here :D
