X-Men '92 Returns!
Big news for me this week: Marvel just announced that X-MEN '92--originally a Secret Wars miniseries--will return as on ongoing series...with covers by me! http://www.newsarama.com/26038-x-men-92-return-as-ongoing-series-in-2016.html
Stoked. I did variant covers for the mini-series, and I'm delighted to return for covers on the regular series. Love these characters so much--gold star if you can name everyone shown here! Two gold stars if you can identify the two characters who're conspicuously missing from the Issue #1 cover. Hmmm....

TinyCo!
So a couple of months ago I started working for a San Francisco game company called TinyCo, makers of the excellent Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff (iOS/Android). And while I love the game and play it obsessively (just got Jesus and Gene Simmons as playable characters this week!!), that's not actually the project I'm working on. Fact is, I'm DYING to tell you all about it, but I can't. Not yet, at any rate, but soon. Can't wait to share all the art for it. Stay tuned!
PAX Prime!
PAX PRIME is just around the corner--August 29 through September 1st--and I'm happy to announce that I'll be there all four days to help show off Kixeye's brand-new, kickass MOBA title, TOME: IMMORTAL ARENA! I did pretty much all the character art for the game, and I'm excited to finally share that with you guys very soon. We'll be sharing booth space with Twitch, so you can't miss us, and I'll be on hand for drawing and game demos throughout the weekend.Lots more details to come--hope to see you there next weekend!
BIG HERO 6
It's really hard to believe that a comic I worked on in 2008 is soon to be a major feature film from Disney. First full trailer premiered today, and it looks AMAZING: http://www.newsarama.com/21190-disney-releases-first-trailer-for-marvel-s-big-hero-6.html Originally created by Steven T. Seagle and Duncan Rouleau in 1998, BIG HERO 6 is about a team of Japanese super-heroes. Chris Claremont and I did a new take on them for the 2008 miniseries, introducing new characters Fred and Wasabi, and giving the rest of the team a full visual overhaul. Some of this has made its way into the Disney version, and that is BEYOND exciting to me. I h...
