I thought so, too. But according to Nick Confalone, who wrote "Hearthbreakers", Limestone is the oldest, followed by Maud, Pinkie and Marble. This is according to a question he was asked on his Twitter account and referenced in the FIM Wikia article on the Pie family. Pinkie says Marble is only a few minutes younger than she is, which means they are twins.
Technically, Limestone was never written in the script as the oldest; she is the oldest because Nick says so and he wrote the story. But he left some wiggle room saying anything was possible later on. For now she is the oldest, and the meanest.
