Significantly easier than 3. Bosses aren't as good as 3. Devil Trigger enemies (only available on Dante Must Die, I think) die after a reasonable amount of hits. Moments when you're not killing things are still pretty miserable.I like playing as Nero better because of Exceed System and the fact that his charge shot is busted. Dante is too execution heavy for me, so I default to prop shredder into distorted real impact as a default win strategy.It took 2 hours to finish all 101 floors of Bloody Palace with Nero. Never again.I clearly need to stop playing games.

Cracked out on this game last night until like... 4am.That said, I noticed that a lot of people don't seem to be aware of the game's... meta (?): you don't actually need to kill things to be good in this game. You just need to be where other people aren't (looking at the map is pretty key since people will always give away their positions when dropping ink... I actually wish there was a way to put the map on my TV screen as well, but mashing the minus button doesn't seem to do this). And because of this, movement is very important, so little techniques like popping in and out of ink while shooting to keep a long stream of splatter going is...

I was apparently playing this game wrong for the first 1-2 hours:The best solution for being lost is to either buy a strategy guide or to disregard all encounters and run around like an idiot until you mash your face into a shortcut/check point.I beat the first boss this way :v(he sort of had an exploit: his AI doesn't know how to go around the geometry and he keeps whiffing attacks in an attempt to hit you... you then bash his face in during his recovery animation)That said, I don't know if I'll actually finish this one since I already spent the last month gaming.(I actually beat Sim City 4 during this time, funnily enough: you win when y...
