Is it just me or is Toph similar to Frida Kahlo? Like Toph, Frida had a disability as she had polio at age 5 and it thinned her right leg and made her walk with a limp. But she was encouraged by her doctor and dad to play sports like swimming, cycling, boxing, and wrestling to regain her strength and she was also a tomboy.
