Its one thing to have a character that has gone through years of training to be the best, like Rocky, but its another to have them be the best out right and have little to no character flaws whats so ever.
A character needs flaws to be seen as more down to earth, take John McClane for example, so many flaws yet was able to foil a plot to steal bonds, gold, free a war criminal, cyber attack and someone wanting to use nuclear matrial. Yet has so many flaws.
Also there is nothing wrong with shipping with a named character, people do it all the time, but when they have a perfect relationship like in some teen romance movie.
Reading that last part there "Lowly pesent to Royla war hero, dream stallion to Princess Twilight"
The Lowly pesent to royal war hero, sounds like a common underdog story. Seems overly used but there has been history of someone from the lowest pits or ranks who do something heroic, userly at the risk or loss of their own lives, who have done something that makes them a war hero. But would need details as to just WHAT they did.
Dream stallion to Princess Twilight, yeah....that does sound very Sueish.
If there was some wired parell universe where Twilight is real and she looks at that I bet her first responce would be "Really?"
Not saying someone shipping a character with a named one just....dont go OTT (Over The Top) on it
