Oh boy, I've been wanting to do one of these for the LONGEST time. Death battle decided to have Leon win against Frank in their latest death battle (as of the time of writing this) despite the fact that almost every concrete strength was in Frank's column. But then again, Leon survived getting smashed through a column, so I guess that's why he won! But seriously, Frank had almost every leg up on Leon possible. More durability, a far, FAR more diverse arsenal, similar feats of strength and even comparable speed. So, let me explain why Frank West should have won in my first ever entry of Death Battle callout: Leon Kennedy vs Frank West. Ok, so
