A little while ago I went to see a movie. I was kinda down in the dumps and hadn't left the house in days. I enjoyed the movie but when it was over I headed to the ladies room. I walked in behind this lady in a grey shirt. The way the room was set was the toilets on the left side of the room with a narrow hallway separating them. This woman stopped abruptly at the beginning of the hallway without even checking to see if the stalls were free. I politely asked if I could get by, as if I had stood behind her I would've just gotten in everybody's way (this was a very tiny room). She let me by but angrily told me that there was no point in checking since she was waiting also. I just ignored her since I thought she being kind of short with me. I heard flushing from the stall I was standing next. After the person left I was about to go in when before I knew what was happening, the woman had run up to me and pushed me out the way! It doesn't sound that bad, but I would have been knocked off my feet if I hadn't slammed into the wall, and I have juvenile arthritis which only made things worse. Clutching my arm, I turned to her and told her it was rude to push people like that she just insisted that it was rude to cut in front of her like that and slammed the door in my face! There are a couple of things wrong with that; 1) I hadn't cut in front of her since she shouldn't have been waiting where she was (you would've had to see the room to understand what I mean), and 2) Even if I had cut in front of her, all she had to do was say so (without physical contact) and I would have apologized. Right after that I just left. It upset that no one seemed to notice. Maybe its not a big deal, but I found her behavior completely unacceptable, not to mention childish! Am I right in feeling that way?
