A basic photoshop tutorial based on a cap from 'Merlin.' The tutorial covers how to turn a photo or screencap into a piece that's a bit closer to "mixed media" than straight painting or photography.

The .zip includes all relevant project files, plus the .psd (CS4), as well as screenshots of layer orders and a couple other things.
