Rough Fantasy Map

Hand drawn map of part of the world my in-progress novels take place in. I needed something to help me keep track of locations.

For easier viewing, the map is also broken into quads.
Quad one: [link]
Quad two: [link]
Quad three: [link]
Quad four: [link]

Because this is not the final iteration of my map, I am putting a creative commons license on this. Not only will the symbols be better for the final version, but the placement of features will be different and there will be more detail for the western region (because of rain shadow, it doesn't have many wooded areas, so it's more of a steppe or high desert). So feel free to use this in D&D campaigns.

Comments on geography, geology, climate, and the like are welcome. Prevailing winds come from the east (over the ocean) and travel westward. Inspiration drawn from the Pacific Northwest.

I wasn't paying attention to how long it took me, but probably over five hours (drawing those trees takes a long time). GIMP was used to adjust the brightness and contrast of the pictures because my flat's lighting isn't the best.

I love them, too! ^^ I once drew a map that took up at least 20 sheets of standard notebook paper formed in a rectangle four across and at least five down. ^^; Yeah, I really love my maps...
