Fractal extreme, mandelbrot set
If you look closely, you can see there are spirals with 1, 2, 3, 4 and 35 (or something) arms. That last one is a good one to train your counting skills if you like. By the time the render was finished, I figured it would be more original to have the main strings of julia sets form spirals with 5 arms to have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and... 35? If that's at all possible. I need to investigate this further.

It's not deep. It's somewhat close to the main mandelbrot set. I'm investigating the patterns there at the moment.
But you render 2304x1440... It is maybe high-iterative...

Prachtig zoveel spiralen. Met UF kwam ik zelf tot 5! Maar kan je ook die zoveel armige isoleren?

Ik weet niet precies wat je bedoelt met isoleren maar volgens mij kan dat niet. Sowieso zitten alle onderdelen van de mandelbrotverzameling aan elkaar vast.
In Uf kan je bv die veelarmige er uit halen en daarmee verder gaan. Ziska
In ultra-fractal is de mandelbrotverzameling hetzelfde als in andere programma's. Je kunt er wel een julia van maken misschien. Dan kun je ze misschien los krijgen.
Ben nog maar net FExtr. aan het verkennen, dus dat komt er misschien nog eens van!
