Writer's guide to tropes by dinabelenko Writer's guide to tropes by dinabelenko

Ok, I've been obsessed over tv-tropes for months. It's time to use this for good :)

Warning: don't go to tvtropes.org if you need to be productive today.

This still life composition is one that makes you linger to study and appreciate all the details in it! Love all the references to literature and stories of popular culture (Love the Doctor Who line from the episode Blink - Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey!!!)  I really love the presentation of the writer posed with pencil and paper ready with the dice waiting for the creative muse to bestow the words that will begin the story. The writer is the adventurer here that like the character in a story is answering the call to adventure with the swift stroke of his/her pencil. From the wadded papers, to the stock of pens to the coffee cups,  post-it notes and the 'game board' path this arrangement shows the various stages of the creative process. Love it!

I know TVTropes :0 I'm a little embarrassed how many of these tropes I recognize just by name? :giggle:

Love this!  And love the "Huh?" on the dice you are holding.  Only thing I would have done differently is on 1 of the d20's have it on a 1
