The HaRPG community gets a bum rap some days.  Sadly, people who want to see the worst in the community don't usually have to go far to find some bad apples in the HaRPG barrel.  But likewise, there are a lot of fun, funny and good-hearted folk in this community, and I want to take the time and opportunity to celebrate them all.  So here's a month-long raffle to spread the love!
I've got five low-lineage/rare-mutation breeding slots here to raffle away -- I could use them myself, but I'd rather spread the love!  Here's the raffle rules:
