Venture Into The Unknown

"Venture Into The Unknown" is my attempt at creating a "minimalist" digital image. I have always wanted to do an image of this nature for a while now, but didn't have the knowledge or the inspiration to pull it off. Creating this image was an awesome learning experience and I managed to learn a few new tricks after creating this image. The conceptual idea behind this image is this: Whenever we make a choice in life, there is a benefit and a cost to that decision. Sometimes, we face a great deal of uncertainty because we have to make a decision where we don't know what the outcome will be. There are some that will develop a comfort zone, and will be afraid to see what is on the other side, while there are others that will take the bold risk and see what will be the result of their actions.

Hello Digital Iserenity 1, you have created an amazing piece of art. I was wondering if I could use your image for a video I'm making about the unknown. I will even send you a link of the video, once I've finished it.

Hello, this is a wonderful piece. I wanted to ask you a question - I'm in a 5 piece progressive/metal band, and we found this amazing piece of work, and wanted to know if you would give us permission to use it. If not, I understand. But you would be fully credited for your work.

Great! I love the idea and the result is technically well executed. The image conjures ideas of loneliness and inevitability and that fear that we can never know where our choices will take us :)
