Just playing around in the wonderful world of color spectrum. I Found this pic [link] and went with it.
About 2 hours and 53 Layers later...we have this.
Used the new Alien Skin Bokeh filter [link] on this one...Fairly nice filter for the price as im not a big fan of filters.
