Yeah we poured them in little molds - Ganache is a mixture of cream and chocolate. It's used as a filling, or even as a poured icing. It's like, 1/3 cream, 2/3 chocolate. You heat your cream until scalding, and then pour it over unmelted chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completley melted. If you want it to be flavored, you put the flavoring in with the cream when you're scalding it. It's REALLY easy!
