After George and Sapnap place the artifacts on Dream, they register the viral code and shift priorities to seal Herobrine within him and take on new aspects of the rebrand skin he was given. The headset became a pair of goggles that project a protective mask, and the amulet transformed into a clasp and cloak to assist in hiding in forests.

The loss of the artifacts from within the Sky Hub that transmitted their immunization power created a bit of panic in the upper echelon of the Sky Army, who immediately began sending agents out to retrieve the artifacts. Little did they know that those artifacts are now registered to Dream and removing them would have dire consequences.

Unable to properly remove the code and heal his heart meter, the artifacts essentially replace it with a new bar, giving Dream ten enchanted hearts to act as his life for the time being. He and his friends hope to find a way to remove the coding from within him safely so the artifacts can be returned.

However, Minecraftia itself has adapted in an effort to get rid of Herobrine once and for all, taking on aspects of the Minecraft Dungeons software to throw off his speedrunning skill.
