I am writing a pulp hero comic similar to the Spider, Doc Savage, or the Shadow. I am looking for someone to do character sketch work and for the comic series itself. I am using a kickstarter to fund this project. I'm looking to do 8 to 10 issues. If any are interested in this please note me to work out details and rates.

The Plot:
The year is 1938, the city has been taken over by an evil hypnotist through a political group called the Justice Party. This group has achieved through legal and underhanded tactics to take over the city and turn it into a military state of sorts and the world knows nothing about it. Its closed off due to "natural disaster". The only ones who figure out their plans is certain individuals who saw through this mad man's mind tricks, try to take back their city, and not get caught by the justice party's police force.

Hey Gang, Scott P 'Doc' Vaughn here, AKA DocRedfield asking for your support! For some time I've been working on WARBIRDS OF MARS as a new-pulp, dieselpunk web-comic. Now I wish to collect what's done and draw about 80 new, golden-age format comic pages, complete the current story-arc and publish it all in one hardcover graphic novel to give to you guys. BUT we need your help to do it! We've prepared a 1940s 'Newsreel' themed video on our KICKSTARTER page to help explain it further, as well as showing off some of the new art. ChristianRagazzoni is holding a contest to design the cover for his Italian SciFi literature magazine 2000AnniDuri
It combines comics and written stories created by himself and others in an anthology format.

You can submit an unlimited number of entries, but the deadline is February 14th
He's looking for retro/pulp-style artwork, preferably related in some fashion to one or more of the stories featured in the issue.  Covers have featured only black-and-white art in the past, but he is opening the contest to color entries as well, though he mentions that he would like artists to consider limited poster-style palettes and retro color schemes, in fitting with the tone of the magazine.
Examples of past covers are shown in the full information.
(This is his first contest for the cover, though!)

The first prize is the cover, but he plans to feature standouts among the non-winning entries in the magazine as well, or possibly even use them as covers for future issues!
