That's looking pretty good, I really like the architecture, it definitely features some cool shapes. The whole thing is captured and rendered from a really great perspective, too.
However, one thing that I am concerned about is having various 'striped' textures over each other. Like the palm leaves over the parking house's metal, that can be a little distracting. Also the plants on the top of the building look a bit soft, like you belnded them in with a soft brushed mask. I know foliage can be difficult to add somewhere though, it's definitely not an easy task. I would also maybe switch out the close forground foliage. It looks too much like a tree captured from the top, rather than like a bush. And I think some bright sky is showing through, still.
But that aside, really great work. Love the long-exposure look, too, it adds a nice sense of night life to it. Well done :D
