Greengrass and Zabini

So I often see Blaise Zabini portrayed as a the Happy-Go-Lucky ladies-man Slytherin, but from the text of the books he seems to be quite, arrogant, and Pansy even said that romantically he was hard to please.

I imagine him with a distrust for women that stems from his mother who killed seven of her very wealthy husbands. He is threw off my Daphne Greengrass since her love for expensive goods reminds him of his mother, and when she first starts showing an interest in him in their third year he doesn't buy in to it and thinks she is after his money. Though he becomes fascinated with the level of friendship she shows and her happy nature, and later that year accepts her flirtations. Their relationship is sort and in the end his mistrust wins and their relationship falls apart before the end of the school year, but neither of them where left bitter and they started and off and on (More off then on) thing that lasted till their seventh year when the terror of the war brings them closer together.         

So thats why I like Daphne and Blaise together.... Merry Chistmas
