Actually, it's not: in the book, "Chinese Fossil Vertebrates," they mention that the genus is present in (Eocene) China, but, they didn't mention which species.

Ah, thanks! Because usually Uintatherium is only listed for North America, but then again, I'm not really into prehistoric mammals.
