Boo Halloween 2010

They called him Boo even though his real name was Theodore Bartholomew Hug-and-stuff.
Everyone one that lived nigh upon the forest glen knew him, and knew him well.
To them he was a roll-y, pole-y, royally loyally, stitchin', and stuffin', little friend. 
An ever ready, never weary and rarely wary wee bear...
...but to the predator, to the stalker, to the fowl and the villainous, to the hearts born of Hades mirthless gloom
he was something else entirely.
To them he was the predator and they the prey.
For them he became a dark avenger, he was the avatar of judgement for the wicked, for he was the last thing that
the wrongdoers who dared enter his glen ever saw...
