HELP! What soundtrack is this?!?!

Okay, this is driving me crazy! I just found the song mado kara mieru and part of the melody VERY strongly reminds me of a movie or series soundtrack but I cannot for the live of me remember what it is! ;_;  HALP! I cannot sleep until I've figured this out! The part I mean is right at the start of this, about 10 seconds in!
