Looking back on 2011 I'm quite happy that I achieved my goal of making more colourful costumes (I noticed that most of my 2010 costumes were rather monotone :nirvana: so I splashed some colour in my 2011 life - I hope you liked it too! )

I sit here typing with a hot water bottle on my lap cos my hands are freezing and we're only in the middle of autumn...
Well, Supernova has come and gone and I played photographer for the Sat :)
I got to spy on:
- Simon Pegg (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Spaced etc);
- Nick Frost (also Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Spaced etc);
- Charisma Carpenter (Buffy, Angel etc);
- Tom Felton (Harry Potter).
I couldn't really get photos of them as there was a lot of ppl around them and/or no photography during their panels so I just enjoyed being able to see them and listen to them talk :)

Animania Melb: What a full-on but fun filled day!
In true Con style I stayed up most the night and woke up early in the morning to finish my costume, dyeing my hair and get ready for the con - and of course ask myself why I didn't finish this earlier!! Pre-judging check-in closed at noon and of course I rocked up at 11:30 NOT in costume.
