City of Angels

I'm not a Digital Artist, but I'm thinking of looking into it more, when I can that is. This was just done using basic Photoshop software, simple stuff created in just a few hours.

Any Experienced Digital Artists with any advice on great software for beginners, feel free to drop by and tell me.
