Can someone please help me. I tried to install it and now my computer has a continuously loading (windows loading screen without "please wait"). And nothing works.  I cannot get into my conputer.I've gone into the windows trouble shooter and tried repairing, restoring, and cmd commands (sfc /scannow) and nothing seems to work. All complete to hundred % but then say error. And one thing that I found was that the computer boots like normal and loads but then shows micro second of black screen then starts the continuous windows loading animation that I metmentioned before. But it glitches out for a fraction of a second And the normal windows lock screen and my user are visible and also you are able to see the log in screen if you press control+alt+delete, but only for a fraction of a second.. please help this is a $1000 family computer so my parents will be very upset.

I just solved this exact issue on my laptop after 4 hours of trying.

What worked was restoring imageres.dll and shell32.dll.mun files (which I had backed up earlier) through cmd. Using commands: rename filename newfilename

and xcopy filename newfilename
