Update: The account has been deactivated. Heads up, there's a possible art thief known as PaintStarWisp who is believed to have stolen art such as drawings from @Agotome. The account also seems hostile as they'll delete and block your comments if you confront them about it. They did this to @DevLuca17, @VOCALOID-13, and @ObnoxiousWobbegong who previously confronted the account about the theft and now their comments are gone. I would report the account for possible art theft since they look similar to Agotome's drawings although I couldn't find identical uploads across both Galleries. However, there are some red flags like the deviations not having descriptions thus not mentioning the artist and the characters' owner. According to @DevLuca17, the arts seem to be from @Yamekai-ART.
