Let's discuss balance.. balance in our everyday lives. Finding a common ground between to points, be them physical or emotional, grants us a since of calming collective understanding even if you're not sure what it is your feeling. It would seem most people would find it easier to talk about what's out of balance. I think anytime that you have any disease, and by disease I mean the lack of ease, lack of flow.. dis-ease. So any time there's disease, you're out of balance, whether it's jealousy, anger, greed, anxiety, fear so on and so forth.
