The streets of Torenya were colored white by the first snow of the year. It had fallen during the night and would probably not stay long. His breath turned to a white smoke from the cold degrees and created a trail in the air behind him where he walked down the street towards the train station. Wilfred pulled the hood a bit further down his face, not for the sake of the humans but for the sake of the gods damned spies the council kept sending after them. Their revolution wasn't a secret anymore.

I didn't matter how many spies they killed, it seemed like the shifter society just sent new ones. They seemed to be able to track him whenever he used his powers. Since he had made the connection between his powers and the spies being able to find him he had become very careful to use them. Instead he had been using the silver gun a lot more. Unfortunately was his bullets starting to run out. What was the point of having the shifter society's most advanced silver gun if he had no bullets? Hopefully Edgar had managed to find a couple of more for him. But the guy was from them magnetic faction, he didn't find his way around in either the electric nor the chemical complex where the bullets could be found. Besides he couldn't carry more than what he could fit into his pockets. Wilfred had wasted way too many bullets on the spies but at least the council seemed nervous, that was good.

Wilfred was still irritated they hadn't sent that blue wolf again. The normal thermal scouts weren't a threat, but that wolf had done something strange with his head. The encounter left a bad feeling behind. And whatever that wolf had done it was very unpleasant.
On top it all had he been in the company of Gravity, which meant he was important. If he ever saw the wolf again he would probably make sure to get rid of him.
Wilfred looked at the old clock that adorned the old tower at the train station. Edgar’s train would arrive in twenty minutes, maybe he could kill some time in the newspaper store? He was actually quite amazed the humans still hung onto their magazines. Everything else was digital these days. But some humans seemed to think gossip and fact wasn't true unless it was printed on paper.

There was a soft ringing noise when he opened the door. The store was dark and filled with newspaper stands. Behind the counter stood an old man with a gray beard. Wilfred got an antique feeling about the interior. Maybe newspapers was a dead product after all? The old man glanced at him to show he had noticed the customer, but he didn't greet him in any way. Wilfred didn't care though. The human wasn't worth more than an insect anyway. No one greeted an ant, did they? If the human had known what really just walked through the doors to his store he would probably run for his life. Wilfred looked around searching for the science shelf. There was mostly magazines about old cars and porn in here. In a small shelf he finally found a couple of science and art magazines. It was enough to pass the time till the train arrived. He picked one with the text Space printed with big yellow letters on the cover. There was always something interesting he could find about their powers in these. He flipped around the pages and stopped suddenly at a big article taking up two pages. White holes, do they exist? Interested he started to read the article. White holes was new, he hadn't heard of them before. The more he read the more amazed he became. White holes seemed to be the opposite of black holes, it was a phenomena that created matter instead of destroying it.

That was it, it was just what they needed for a new world. A white hole that created loads of matter they could form their new world from. But he couldn't create that, maybe there was another shifter out there who got the power? Someone to create loads of matter. Could a shifter with that power really exist? But then again he existed so it must be possible? She would be his messiah. The creator of his new world. They wouldn't need to do a revolution, the gods could keep their filthy world.

He looked out through the window, Edgar would arrive soon. It was time to go out again. He rolled the magazine, stuffed it down in his coat pocket and headed for the exit.
“You got to pay for that!” the old man said peevishly. Wilfred turned around and stared at the old man. His purple eyes started to glow in in hatred.
“I'm the Demon of black holes, I don't use your filthy money.”
“I'll call police! I don't tolerate shoplifters!” The old man exclaimed and picked up a cellphone. Wilfred went up to the counter with an evil smile.
“With which phone?” he asked, lay a hand over the old man's phone and imploded it.
“What the hell?!”
If there was one thing he had learnt in the electrical faction it was how to intimidate a human. Quickly he pulled up the silver gun and pressed the barrel to the old man's forehead. The man suddenly looked scared and started to beg for his life and offered Wilfred money and favors instead. Again with the money. He couldn't understand why the humans let money control their society so much.

He had already used his power, the scouts would probably flock to the store anyway searching for him. It was unnecessary to waste one of the few bullets he still had left. He reached out his hand towards the counter and collapsed the old man together with half of the store. Then he walked out the door again. The soft ringing noise signaled to the destroyed store that the customer was leaving.
“That was a bit overkill for a paper, wasn't it?” a voice asked. Wilfred flinched surprised when Edgar suddenly stood beside him.
“How long have you've been here?”
“Not long,” He shrugged. “The train was early. I figured I might find you in there.”
Wilfred chuckled.
“It's never easy with you and Kaylin, one second you're here and the next second you're gone. About the paper, do you hesitate to squeeze an ant if it bites you?”
“No?” Edgar said.
“No exactly, that man was no more than an ant.” Wilfred pulled up the magazine and waved with it. “At least these ants got a few pretty smart scientists.”

Wilfred was my boyfriend's character at first but since he didn't want to participate in the storytelling I've taken over the writing about the bad guy. :) Cause I obviously loves writing about villains.

This is a parallel storyline to Delmar's and happens around the same time Delmar got busted out of Jail. It's not going to be as long and not as frequently updated but I'll do my best.

More info about Wilfred can be found on his ref sheet:
