My vision interpretation. I use two references when creating this artwork, one of them is an illustration for the Elden Ring DLC.
"He possesses the wisdom, the allure, of a god - he is the most fearsome Empyrean of all." Miquella of the Haligtree is a demigod, an Empyrean, and the elder twin brother of Malenia, Blade of Miquella. From Elden Ring.


MIQUELLA'S LORE

Before he could grow the Haligtree to its full potential, Miquella was stolen away by Mohg, Lord of Blood, in his cocoon form. Mohg wished to have Miquella elevated to godhood with himself as Miquella's consort. However, regardless of how much blood Mohg tried to share with Miquella, Miquella does not respond to Mohg. From a lore perspective, Sir Gideon Ofnir has confirmed that Miquella is alive because one needs to be alive to slumber. Gideon's aforesaid comment about Miquella slumbering is consistent with cut content suggesting that Miquella is in the world of his dream, and this may explain why Mohg received no response from the physical body that he has abducted from the Haligtree.

Miquella's true ability appears to be the ability to compel affection from others.

"The Empyrean Miquella is loved by many people. Indeed, he has learned very well how to compel such affection" - Bewitching Branch

St Trina is Miquella, he had an androgynous beauty.

"Trina is described as a young individual of ambiguous gender, described variously as a young girl, or a young boy. Their appearance was sudden, as was their disappearance. There are carvings of St. Trina depicted as an adult"
