Commercialism vs. Art... I hate the majority of what is considered popular photography.   There are far to many factors involved for it to be considered any kind of art.  There is no limitation in photography. There is no evidence of skill. Any one of us can observe and capture beauty with a camera. Any one of use can effortlessly go searching for an interesting building or sunrise. It is the capturing of said beauty that requires skill. And to the photographer I ask, " Is it you, personally, that is capturing these images, or is it  a piece of film feed into a device?" No matter how hard you fabricate the scene you photograph,  what skill

So i guess when it comes down to it, if you watched sucker punch and got no enjoyment out of it, you don't like drugs....
